Pull out your phone, tap one button, type a name and an amount, and send. Your customer gets a clean page with every way you accept money — Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle — and they pick the one they like. That's the whole idea. Here's exactly how it works.
What's a "workflow"?
A workflow is just the steps you follow to get something done. In Pay Now Openly, a workflow is the short path from "I need to get paid" to "the money's on its way." We built a few, each for a different moment:
Payment request
Send one person a link for a set amount. Best for jobs, services, and invoices.
Quick Bill
A big number pad for restaurants and counters. Built for speed with a line of customers.
Your payment page
One QR code at the counter or on a table. Customers scan, type an amount, and pay.

The payment request
You just finished a job. The customer's standing right there. Phone comes out of your pocket, and before they've found their keys, the request is on their phone.

- Amount — what they owe.
- Description — what it's for, like "House wash – 123 Oak St."
- Phone — optional. Add it if you want to text the link.

- Text it — opens your phone's messages with the link already written.
- Email it — opens your email with the link and details filled in.
- Show QR — turns your screen into a big QR code. They point their camera at it, done.
- Copy link — paste it into an invoice, a chat app, or anywhere else.
About 10 seconds, start to finish.
No app for the customer to download. No account for them to make. They open the link, see the amount, pick Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle, and pay. You can mark it paid, and it moves out of your "Unpaid" list.

The review request
The moment a customer pays is the moment they're happiest with you — so that's the moment you ask. Pay Now Openly puts a thank-you-and-review ask in front of them with your own words and your review link already inside. There are two ways to do it, and both take seconds.
Set up once: paste your Google (or any) review link into Business info or Settings, and write your message or keep ours — it fills in the customer's first name and your business name automatically.
Way 1One click — thank them and ask
Every job and invoice has a “Send review request” button right where the payment buttons are. Tap it once and a friendly note opens, already written with the customer's first name and your business name, your review link tucked inside.
- Show QR — a big code on your screen. They point their camera at it and your review page opens. “Would you mind leaving a review?” — done.
- Text it — your messages app opens with the note already written. You just pick the person.
- Email it — your email opens with a friendly subject and the message filled in.
- Copy message — paste it anywhere else you like.

Way 2A couple of taps — a QR anybody can scan
No customer typed in yet? Business dashboards have a third button up top — New request · Quick bill · Review request. Tap “Review request” and the same sheet opens with nothing to fill in: your message reads on its own (“Thank you for choosing Juniper & Oak! …”) and Show QR brings up a big code that takes anyone straight to your review page.
Perfect for a walk-in, someone who paid you in cash, a person you met at the market — anybody you'd rather not stop to look up. Text it and Email it work the same way here. It goes right to your review page, so nothing is tracked on this one; the per-job button above is the one that records “Link opened.”

Why it matters
Reviews are how new customers find you. Asking in person, with a QR code right in your hand, is the easiest “yes” you'll ever get — no links to dig up, no “I'll do it later.”
